For nearly two decades, we have worked across business, media, government, stakeholders, and public opinion, giving us a deep understanding of how communication works in Indonesia.

Imogen was founded by Jojo S. Nugroho, a senior communications practitioner with extensive experience in public relations, media relations, issue and crisis communication, and reputation management. A former Chairman of the Indonesian Public Relations Companies Association (APPRI), he is also an educator, assessor, and advisor who has worked with corporations, government institutions, and communication professionals across Indonesia.

That experience continues to shape Imogen’s approach: combining local intelligence, strong networks, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.
